Recognizing the urgent need to address Wake County's soaring population and housing challenges, the Homebuilders Association of Raleigh-Wake County (HBA Raleigh-Wake) enlisted Articulon's expertise to craft the impactful "Housing a Growing Economy" campaign. This initiative aimed to tackle the critical issues of housing affordability and supply shortages through a multifaceted approach, combining a user-centric website, strategic advisory insights, compelling video narratives, and vigorous advocacy. By fostering public engagement and advocating for policy reforms, the campaign has led to increased public awareness of the impacts of population growth on housing and infrastructure, alongside successful advocacy efforts resulting in policy changes to address regulatory barriers and support housing affordability initiatives.
